Strategic Plan

Every five years, Workforce Florida develops a five-year state Strategic Plan for Workforce Development, with annual updates performed during the lifespan of each plan to address changes in the economy, business climate or other factors that may affect goals, outcomes and areas of focus.

Workforce Florida Annual Reports

Each year Workforce Florida publishes an annual report to highlight the workforce system’s achievements and challenges as well as give status updates on our progress in achieving our mission—meeting the talent needs of business and increasing employment and career growth opportunities for Floridians.  

Special Reports

Workforce Florida constantly strives to achieve its vision of developing a globally competitive workforce through special initiatives. These initiatives support workforce development in targeted and emerging sectors that provide the promise of high-skills/high-wage employment opportunities for Floridians and contribute to the state’s economic growth and diversification.
