Training Grants
Training is a fundamental aspect of Workforce Florida’s mission to develop strategies to strengthen the state’s business climate and help Floridians enter, remain and advance in the workforce.
Workforce Florida administers two flagship training grant initiatives – Quick Response Training (QRT) and Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) – to help businesses and workers advance and maintain competitiveness and technological skills.
In addition, the state’s 24 Regional Workforce Boards offer a host of training initiatives also designed to boost worker competitiveness – learn more about programs in your area.
