With a strong focus on innovation, partnership and accountability, Workforce Florida is working to grow and support industries capable of helping to diversify Florida’s economy and creating new jobs that will offer sustainable high-skill, high-wage employment opportunities for Floridians.

We strive for this goal by working with business, education and economic development to develop the talent to fuel existing and emerging growth sectors –  such as healthcare, advanced manufacturing, clean energy, biotechnology and others –  by way of special initiatives, such as the Employ Florida Banner Centers and funding opportunities including training incentive grants.
